Summit Park I is a 90,000 square foot office building in the Summit Office Park located on the west access road to Central Expressway just north of Eldorado Parkway in McKinney, Texas overlooking the Eldorado Country Club and a 21 acre lake.


Linkside Park is a 54,000 rentable square foot project located at the northwest corner of Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive in McKinney, Texas. The project consists of 38,000 square feet of full service office space and 16,000 square feet of retail space and overlooks the Stonebridge Golf Course.

A new suburban retail center located just east of US75 in Allen, Texas on the south edge of the upscale community of Fairview across the road from The Village at Fairview.  Average household income of Fairview is $234,114.


Denbury Park and Legacy Executive Suites

Denbury Park is a 100,000 square foot Class A, four story building in prestigious Legacy Park in Plano, Texas on White Rock Creek.

16800 Dallas Parkway is a 70,000 sf suburban garden office building on the Tollway in the Bent Tree area of North Dallas that was built in 1980.  The building, which was still under its original ownership, was purchased, renovated, re-tenanted and sold by Sandler Southwest over a 3 year period.  Sandler's equity partner was Baupost, a Boston based hedge fund that invests opportunistically in real estate throughout the world.

Forest Central II is a 75,000 sf four story suburban office project with underground parking on Central Expressway, inside LFJ Freeway in Dallas, Texas.  This building had become very chopped up with more than 60 tenants.  Sandler purchased the building with Credit Suisse First Boston and began a consolidation of the tenants and renovation of the common areas.  After vacating the entire top floor of the building, it was sold to an investor/user who occupied the top floor and took advantage of the flag signage opportunity and its excellent visibility from Central Expressway.
