Linkside Park is a 54,000 rentable square foot project located at the northwest corner of Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive in McKinney, Texas. The project consists of 38,000 sf of full service office space contained in a four level building with two levels of covered parking located at 7290 Virginia Parkway, McKinney, TX  75070.

There will also be 16,500 sf of retail space divided into 2 buildings with 11,700 sf located at 7250 Virgina Parkway, McKinney, TX 75070 and 4,800 sf located at 7210 Virginia Parkway, McKinney, TX 75070.  The bay depths range from 45 feet to 75 feet. The covered executive parking will consist of 68 parking spaces on Level 1 and 2 of the office building. There will also be 153 surface parking spaces for the retail space, office tenants not leasing underground spaces, and visitors / shoppers.

The site is located at the geographic center of Stonebridge Ranch, a 5,000 acre development with two country clubs and more than 7,500 single family homes. The other corners of the intersection have retail space in an Albertsons shopping center, the club house at the Stonebridge Country Club and the 65 acre Adriataca project that is currently under construction with residential, office and commercial space. The site will have access on Virginia Parkway and to Stonebridge Drive via Linkside Drive.

In addition to having beautiful views across the third and fourth holes of the Dye Course of Stonebridge Country Club, the office project is located at one of the highest points in Stonebridge Ranch and will have spectacular vista views from the second and third floors of the building. The surrounding area includes a very strong mix of executive and support housing with an average household income level of more than $100,000 each. Located less than 2 miles from Central Expressway and approximately 4 miles from Highway 121, the location provides excellent access to all areas of the metroplex.
 
Construction of the project has begun and will be complete in the spring of 2008.
