The Estates of Huntwick is a twenty-nine (29) lot residential development in Lucas, Texas. Located in Collin County, the City of Lucas is north of Plano, east of Allen, south of Fairview, and northwest of Wylie.

Over the past several years this area has seen consistently strong lot absorption due to the excellent reputation of the schools in the Lovejoy ISD as well as the desire of residents in Dallas, Plano, and Allen to own larger lots in an attractive, safe rural setting.

The development has been engineered and all building "approvals" from the City of Lucas are in place. At the present time, there is a very limited inventory of lots in Lucas and future development approvals by the City will be extremely difficult to obtain. Due to its location and amenities, the lots in the Estates of Huntwick has enjoyed a rapid sell out at premium prices.
