Denbury Park
5100 Tennyson Parkway Plano, Texas 75024

The Denbury Park building is a 100,000 square foot Class A, four story building completed in March of 1999 in Legacy Park in Plano, Texas. Legacy is a 2,700 acre world class master planned development owned by EDS Corporation, in the middle of North Dallas' suburban growth. Located between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road, Legacy currently houses the corporate headquarters of Frito Lay, Pepsico Foods International, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), JC Penney, and Countrywide Financing Corporation. Beal Bank and Cadbury Schweppes have also relocated their corporate headquarters to Legacy.

The Denbury Park project is built on a five plus acre site on Tennyson Parkway, a six lane divided east - west thoroughfare, immediately west of Preston Road. The site has approximately 560 feet of frontage on White Rock Creek, with a rock bottom pond formed by a wide portion of the Creek at this location. The site is located less than one-quarter mile west of Preston Road and less than one mile east of the Dallas North Tollway.

The timeless design of this building, by the architectural firm of HKS Architects, Inc. takes advantage of the creek-side view and related amenities. There are more than 400 parking spaces for the project, of which 222 are covered. The latest in energy management systems has been incorporated into the building, along with a number of other amenities, which tenants of Class A office buildings expect.
