Neil Bletsch Director of Construction

Neil, an architect by training, oversees all the construction
of Sandler Southwest developments and
also coordinates and manages the process of tenant finish-out from
lease execution to tenant move-in. He has been involved with the
commercial Architecture, Engineering and Construction community for the
past 30 years. He has been a Senior
Project Manager with responsibility for projects in the public, private
and academic sectors and has also been instrumental in historic
restoration projects.
