Joe Hernandez Chief Building Engineer

Joe is
responsible for overseeing all commercial building systems maintenance,
including HVAC, roof maintenance, elevators and electrical systems.
In addition to coordinating outside maintenance contractors, Joe interacts
with tenants to create an outstanding building environment. Joe previously
worked for Granite Properties.
